Sunday's SermonMay 24, 2009 --- Sometimes we sing the song, "There is much to do, there's work on every hand...." And we know that it is true. Whether at home, work, or within the church, it always seems like there is more to be done than we can reasonably do. As a matter of fact, within the church, there is so much to be done that it is often difficult to know where and when to begin. Fortunately, we see in the design of the church a group of individuals whose job it is to keep busy. They are to be servants, and their job is just that: to serve. Join us this Sunday as we take a look at the New Testament description of deacons, their works, and what they are to be doing today.
